Wabi sabi natural fiber floor lamp, Denmark 1960s
About the Item
Mid century floor lamp. It has a wooden (teak) tripod base with a cylindrical shade. The shade is hand crafted with natural fiber rope. The upper and lower edge are finished of with natural fiber thread.
The shade gives a beautiful diffused light and creates numerous amazing shades through the irregular gaps and slits between the rope.
The lamp is operated by a foot switch that is made from wood.
