1950 Rattan floor lamp by Louis Sognot
About the Item
Composed of a central base formed by 4 rattan stems flared at the base, the 4 stems rest on a round base held by hoops, all made of rattan and linked together by thin rattan strips.
At the top, the central rod supports 4 rattan half-arches, on which rests a round lampshade formed by two circles held by vertically placed rods, between which small curved bamboo stems decorate the shade nicely. It is lined with a white shade that enhances the rattan shade.
