About the Item
Large Murano glass ceiling lamp from Hillebrand, Germany, 1960s. This piece is composed of a semi-transparent frozen textured Murano glass diffuser in the shape of a prism, which is attached by 4 brass nuts to a structure of gold chrome metal and lacquered in white. Very much in the style of the Italian glass creations of La Murrina, Vistosi, Novaresi Milano, F. Fabbian, Barovier & Toso, and Mazzega. Hollywood Regency style, totally timeless.
For 4 E27 bulbs. Original electric installation revised and fully operational. Small marks of the passage of time on the metal and brass, see photos. Glass in perfect condition.
