Murano Barovier Toso Style Glass & gold flake Glass Flower Flush Mount, Italy
About the Item
This exquisite flush mount chandelier attributed to the legendary atelier of Barovier & Toso in Italy, circa 1970s. It features a subtly concave and channeled hand blown Murano glass shade with metal fittings. A beautiful hand made gold flake glass flower on top as a part of the screw that holds the heavy murano glass shade. With its clean modernist lines and timeless sensibility, this chandelier would be a winning addition to any style of interior from Classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. The Fixture requires two European E27 / 110 Volt Edison bulbs, each bulb up to 60 watts. A nice addition to any room. Probably also nice as a wall light in your Hallway entry or just every other room. Found at an Estate Sale in Bologna, Italy.
