About the Item

Exquisite pair of bespoke wall lights in blown Murano glass in the style of Barovier, with an organic Art Deco design feather leaf curved shape. Entirely handcrafted in Italy, the high-quality Murano glass has a blush pink pearl luminosity given by the the decor of pure gold dust in the tinted glass. The stem in clear Murano glass is further accentuated in gold tones. The shape has a realistic leaf vein and central stem, on a hand-made polished brass support. Fitted with 1 Edison socket. The backplate measures H 6 in x W 1.5 in Options for finishes and glass colors. Slight variations in colors and size, as well as irregularities in manufacturing, are intrinsic to these pieces due to the individual handmade production and conversion from inches to centimeters.

Contemporary Italian Design pair of organic light fixtures with the versatility to be used either as sconces hung vertically or horizontally or as flush mount ceiling lights. They consist of two Murano glass half moon curved elements, in a sophisticated light terracotta / brown gray smoked tint, separated by a receded brass mount, part of the handmade supporting brass structure. The glass is elegantly and elaborately decorated with a textured pattern in the manner of Gio Ponti. This technique, allowing shadows to show through the decor, confers a unique glowing effect and enhances the texture.
