About the Item
A stunning and large scale pair of Italian 19th century Louis XVI st. Giltwood, Mirror and Glass sconces. Each six arm sconce is set on a wonderful foliate designed backplate displaying lovely scrolled and beaded designs throughout. The six scrolled arms display beaded glass garlands with rosette and tear drop shaped pendants, and glass rosette candle cups. Above the arms of each beautiful pair of sconces are two glass beaded sprays with additional rosettes with tear drops hanging from each, as well as tole leaf decorations.
