About the Item

A beautifully pair of minimal, geometric and simply shaped flush mount wall lights / sconces by Glashütte Limburg, Germany, circa 1965. These midcentury vintage lights feature handmade, mouth blown bubble glass which bulges slightly out of it's black "Iron" coated frame giving the lights a minimalist, simple and pleasing contemporary Art Deco lantern style form. These lights are some of the hardest to find by Limburg, especially these double socket wall lights. Newly re-wired, each light takes two E14 screw fit bulb (max.100W.) Price as a pair.

Wear consistent with age and use. As with all mouth blown glass no two pieces are exactly the same. very minor chipping to the bottom edge of the glass - not visible when the lights are fitted.
