Murano Art Glass Mid-Century Wall Light and Sconces, 1980
About the Item
Splendid and important Murano glass wall light with a particular shape and a very very rich glass design. The Murano furnaces create an indisputable timeless design, simple but elegant at the same time.
The applique is composed of a rear iron structure, which supports a beautiful Murano glass tile with a very particular design. The glass is in the shape of a very narrow shield and has a multitude of buttons attached on top. In the back it has a particular processing as if it were the meshes of a net. You can see this work well from the photos of the details. Above and below there are two brass shapes closing the glass.
Refinement and class as in the Murano style, one-of-a-kind pieces that always remain precious. When turned on, the wall light is very bright as it has bulbs with large lamp holders and will illuminate your home perfectly.
