Exceptional Majolica Italian sconce or ceiling lamp created by Otello Rosa at the Italian ceramic studio of San Polo, circa 1950. This beautiful piece consists of three handmade swiveling ceramic shells mounted on a triangular steel backplate. Many compositions are possible with this unique light sculpture. Otello Rosa was a very talented artist working at the Italian ceramic studio of San Polo. He created stunning pieces, each with intricate patterns and vibrant colors that reflect his love of nature and the beauty of the Italian landscape.
