About the Item

Pair of Large Mid-Century Ice Glass Mirror Wall Sconces in Textured Art Glass, 1970 Exceptional pair of long tube hand-crafted Murano textured ice glass wall lights on a metal base manufactured by Glashütte Limburg, Germany, in the 1970s. Each lamp is equipped with ceramic quality bulb holders and takes 4 x E14 candelabra bulbs to illuminate. The metal base of the sconces in varnished inside in white color, outside in black. Once mounted to the wall, you can see only the thin black frame around the light. The multi-functional design of this model allows them to be mounted vertically, horizontally, used as vanity wall light, mirror lights or ceiling light. The beautiful textured glasses are in very good condition with small chips around the rim inside the glass ( not seen when mounted), and the wall mount units have little patina and normal signs of use on the metal, which is almost not seen. The wiring is perfect, so they are in fine working order and ready to use. The bulb holders are of quality ceramic. Manufacturers label inside the sconce. Professionally cleaned, ready to mount.
