Pair of French Mid-20th Century Black and Gold Iron Sconces

About the Item

A pair of French black iron two-light sconces with gold accents from the mid-20th century. This pair of vintage French scones each have a pair of scrolling arms projecting outward, adorn with gold tone acanthus leaves, each terminate into ruffled metal bobèches and custom painted candle sleeves. There is an open framed against the wall, comprised of delicate scrolls, acanthus leaf accents and topped with a pair of c-shaped scrolls with upper gold tone shell finial. This pair of vintage French black and gold sconces have been rewired for the US.
