About the Item
A nice pair of wall lamps in full brass, made by Itsu in Finland in the 1950s. Model EY 49.
The lamps are minimalistic with a cubic design softened by curves and crowned with a hand blown glass shade. Absolute beauties. Both lamps are in good original condition with some lite patina.
Itsu was one of the leading lamp manufacturers in Finland during the middle of the 20th century. Along with companies like Taito Oy, Idman and Orno they defined what Finnish design lamps would become.
