Pair of Vintage 1950’s Sheaf of Wheat Inspired Sconces
About the Item
Pair of Maison Baguès style, single light, tole wall sconces. Produced in Paris in the 1950s. Each light in the decorative representation of bullrushes and reeds.
This tole wall sconce wears its original gold leaf gilding with a beautifully developed patina.
These work, however, they still have the original European wiring which isn't to modern code in North America.
