About the Item

A rare pair of wall lamps attributed to Swedish designer Glössner, dating from the 1930s–1940s. Each frosted glass shade is etched with a stylized female figure surrounded by natural motifs, reflecting the period’s blend of Art Deco influences and early Scandinavian modernism. The shades are mounted with brass fittings, providing a refined contrast to the softly textured glass. The lamps retain their original cords and plugs and can be used either as plug-in wall lights or adapted for hardwiring. Currently in working condition, though professional rewiring is recommended for safety.
