About the Item
A beautiful modernistic brass and acrylic half circular wall lamps. The sleek slatted design allows light to travel sideways as well as upwards and downwards through the top and bottom openings. Each lamp is fitted with 2 lights (up and down) and wired with plugins and a switch along the cord. The lamps are in beautiful original vintage condition with all parts intact and one of the lamps carries the manufacturer's label Oy Precenta Ab.
The scones are perfect as bed side lamps or in living rooms and other spaces and add a lot of soft indirect light to the ambience of any room.
Precenta was one of the leading light manufacturers in Finland. It was established in 1953 and produced high quality lamps until the early 2000s. It also had its models showcased in some of the 1950s and 60s Idman catalogues.
