About the Item
Designed in 1991, it is one of the most beautiful and Classic creations of maestro Alberto Donà. The lamp is composed of a Classic base, on which a sphere rests and on which rests the body of the lamp. Because of its shape, the lamp recalls a drop and, in fact, takes on this name. The lamp in the photo is beautiful with its amber color, which emphasizes the reflections of light, and once it comes in, the splendid bubbles inside the glass will be even more visible. It is an imposing lamp, which cannot be missed.
Only considering the glass, the lamp is 59 cm high and has a diameter of 23 cm.

Alberto Donà
Alberto Donà, born in Italy in 1944, began working in the glass field at the age of 13 and became known for his ability with colors and creativity in generating unique combinations, hence his valued collaborations with important companies such as Venini, Saporiti that have relied on Donà for glass accessories. In October 2001, he had a one-man show at the Vassel Art Gallery in London. He was selected to furnish the lighting for the Hiroshima Memorial Museum.
