Art Deco Style Woman Dancer/Nymph Metal Lamp / Ring Dish

About the Item

This is an Art Deco woman dancer/nymph metal sculpture table lamp/ring dish. It depicts a sculpture of a woman in almost up dog position except her arms are semi-flexed and lifted because she is holding the lamp socket that hold the light bulb. A switch hallmarked with a “P” is in one of the side of the socket. Below the socket, there is a round metal ring dish. The metal sculpture is painted green. A red felt fabric covers the base.

It consists of a cylindrical long chimney lamp clear shade attached to a brass burner holder; this in turn is connected to a semilunar shaped milk glass font joined to a faceted opaline noire glass conical shaped body.
