About the Item
An elegant French table lamp in the Arts and Crafts style, dating from the early 20th century. The slender stem is finely turned from boxwood, showcasing a warm, rich patina that reflects quality craftsmanship. A lead insert is concealed beneath the base to provide excellent stability.
The lampshade is a new addition, faithful to the original spirit of the piece. The wiring has been completely redone for safety, while the original socket switch has been preserved — a rare and desirable feature with a great patina.
