Brutalist Italian Handcrafted Lamp in Metal and Bakelite, 1970s
About the Item
Large brutalist lamp, a one-off artisanal piece handcrafted in Northern Italy in the 70s. Built with heavy and solid metals of different types - stainless steel, raw iron - complemented with a black bakelite lampshade. The authentic patina gives an unmistakeable charm to this unique artisanal piece.
Another peculiarity of this amazing lamp is the adjustable height, obtained thanks to a chromed metal cogwheel.
Due to the big size and weight, it is the perfect complement of a large working desk in an industrial design setting.
Original wiring. Works with a standard E14 bulb. European plug (work outside EU with a simple adapter).
