French 19th Century Neo-Greek St. Patinated Bronze and Gilt Lamps

About the Item

A handsome pair of French 19th century Neo-Greek st. patinated bronze and gilt lamps. Each lamp is raised on ormolu ball supports below a square ebonized fruitwood mottled base with an etched giltwood design. Above is the patinated bronze urn with male and female figures all in classical dress. The urn has two handles and an egg and dart designed rim below the decorated lid with gilt trim.
