About the Item
Superb and rare Georges Leleu oil lamp with decorations of chestnuts and chestnut tree leaves in gilt bronze. Multicoloured cabochon in the removable hood. The dented setting of the cabochon and the fabric movement system has a few misses but nothing disturbing. Tassel strands hanging from the hood, some missing. The oil lamp system works.
