Italian Majolica Style Terracotta Roman Relief Jar Lamp With Linen Shade

Antique Italian Majolica Style Terra Cotta Roman Relief Jar Lamp With Linen Shade. A beautiful painted Roman lifestyle raised relief. Some flaws from the firing process due to its handmade nature and some crazing due to age. Linen shade is very old, but no holes or fraying. Would use as a pattern for a new one eventually or keep for the aged patina look. This lamp is the perfect size for your kitchen counter, bookshelf or dresser. This is an original Italian water jug rewired sometime in the 40's into a lamp. Dimensions of the lamp are: 7" x 18" with finial. Shade is: 12" x 9".
