These bold and materially stunning Modernist Hand-Blown Murano Glass Table Lamps W/ Bullicante Detailing in Smoked Bronze & Brass Fittings originate from Italy during the 21st Century. The feature incredible detailing beneath a layer of translucent glass achieved through numerous bubbles and a variety of minerals achieving unique and dynamic hues when carefully observed, known as Bullicante detailing. These lamps taper upwards, the pull of the material influencing the shapes of the bubbles embedded within the glass. With a serene quality yet brimming with contained energy and dynamic movement, these lamps are a stunning example of the tradition of Murano Glass manufacturing, continuing to innovate and artistically explore the limits of the hand-blown glass process. This pair will style beautifully in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors. Fitted with Custom White Drum Shades and brass fittings. Newly rewired to American Standards, and in Excellent Condition.
