About the Item
This pair of antique banquet or parlor lamps likely originate from England and date to approximately 1880 and done in the period Victorian style. The lamp bases are done in brass and are done with a Corinthian column style. The outer shade is done with cranberry glass with a hand-crafted ruffled edged top and a quilted body. The fonts are also done with cranberry glass with a draped accenting pattern. The knobs on one burner are signed as made in England by Duplex.
