Pair of Handsome Italian Burl Wood and Brass Table Lamps
About the Item
This is a handsome matched pair of burl and brass table lamps believed to be Italian. The material usage and simple form are similar to designs by Romeo Rega, Willy Rizzo and Tommaso Barbi, although American designer Milo Baughman frequently used brass and burl wood in his creations.
The lamps are in working order and feature a 3-way switch. The pair is in very good condition with some minor scratches to the brass and there is negligible wear to the wood. All in all, they present beautifully.
With the shade, although the shades are not included, the lamps measure 26.75" and 16" in diameter. The height of the lamp body is 12.75" and the brass-framed square wood column measures 6.25" x 6.25". The brass base measures 7.5" square.
A very handsome pair of lamps that will add warmth to any room.
