Pair of beautiful Mid Century Modern metal brass table and wall lamps by Ernest Igl.
Manufacturer is Hillebrand Leuchten. Made in Germany.
They can be used as table lamps or, with the two hooks on the base, hung on the wall and used as wall lamps.
Ernest Igl was a well-known German graphic artist, painter and designer of the post-war period.
Very beautiful, typical mid-century design.
The shade and the black feet are made of metal, the body is made of brass.
No bumps or dents. Not bent.
100% original condition with no damage and fully functional.
With a beautiful patina and slight signs of wear. You can see everything clearly in the photos.
One original brass socket each for E14 bulbs.
Work with 220V and 110V. Wiring suitable for all countries.
Both lamps have a very long cable.
Suitable for all living areas and very decorative.

Ernest Igl
Ernest Igl graduated from the Karlsbad Commercial Academy in 1938 and then attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague and the Academy of Applied Arts in Munich. After the war, he worked as a draftsman and graphic artist in Munich. Igl enjoyed a high reputation as one of the first illustrators at major school book publishers and distinguished himself as an internationally sought-after industrial designer. He died in Davos in 2001.
