Pair of Vintage Mid Century 1950s Horn & Brass Bedside Table Lamps

About the Item

The beautifully grown, twisted horn forms the base of these exceptional table lamps from the 1950s. The curved horn sits on a lovely patinated brass ring. The lamps are equipped with an on/off switch, which is located in the horn. The shades made of metal with shrink varnish can be tilted up and down by means of a brass wing nut. One E14 socket each. Very unusual & rare design in great vintage 100% original condition. Beautiful patina with normal age-related signs of use. High-quality workmanship and fully functional. Suitable for all living areas and highly decorative. Height: 43 cm Depth 28 cm Shade height: 16 cm 9 cm in diameter Base: 16 cm in diameter This is an original piece and has lived a life before. Therefore it will show signs of wear and patina, which give the lamps their unique charming look. Works with 220V and 110V. Function of the lamp has been tested and classified as fully functional. As with any vintage electrical equipment, it is advisable to have it checked by a qualified electrician.
