About the Item
This is Pedrita table lamp (Model M) made of translucent quartz and it is part of Pedrita lamp series.
Pedrita lamp series’ concept is based on an experimentation of Brazilian stones: quartzites and quartz crystals, which are natural stones found in Brazilian territory.
We worked in a Minimalist perspective, using straight lines and simple shapes to highlight materials’ natural properties. Their colors, vein patterns and translucency resemble green forest landscapes, greenish archipelagos, paths shaped by volcanic golden lava, running rivers or glacier and icebergs.
Pedrita means ‘valuable stone’ and translates our desire to honor an alliance between national natural resources and Brazilian design.
