Vintage Neoclassical Style Pressed Glass and Brass with Marble Table Lamps
About the Item
The Neoclassical Revival style crystal pillar lamps fit into various design themes. The lamps are also reminiscent of a Victorian set of vintage lamps with a reservoir. However, these very handsome lamps don't have the age of the English Victorians but the resemblance to the style is worth remarking.
The pressed glass is clear and the design is sharp. The crystal orbs in the lamps are clear and the edges of the glass feel sharp and pronounced.
Each lamp has pressed glass/crystal orbs over reeded columns on flaring circular feet on square marble plinth bases. They have the original harps and finials. The shades are for demonstration only.
Dimensions:
The lamps are 31 inches tall overall; the marble bases are 5 by 5 inches. These are presentation lamps that create a dramatic feel for a living space.

- Condition:Wear consistent with age and use. This is a beautiful pair of lamps that are quite rare and so elegant. This is the definition of statement lighting. There is one condition issue to the plate that meets the stem of the neck. It is a split or a separation. This could be repaired.
