About the Item
We are delighted to offer for sale this stunning suite of panelled mahogany chests of drawers
A very good looking well made and decorative suite. They can be used in a normal sitting room setting or as bedroom furniture. The side table sided drawers make great lamp tables, the single chest a good utilitarian piece, the bases are ornately carved and have a very Ralph Lauren look and feel to them. The drawers have some kind of wavy red velvet lining which can be removed
The timber patina is to die for, these are like art furniture from every angle, it has such warm glow to it
We have cleaned waxed and polished the suite from top to bottom, they are vintage and will have the odd patina mark here and there from honest use and genuine age. The large drawers seem to have had a flat screen TV on top, there is a perfectly rectangle darker patch on the top back
