About the Item
An elegant and wide Edwardian antique bed with carved panels on the footboard depicting baskets of flowers and a carved pediments on the headboards of a garland of roses. Both the headboard and footboard are divided into three panels with carved borders, and the footboard has been shaped, giving a slight bow effect.
This bed accepts a US Queen Size or UK King Size (60" wide) base and mattress set.
A firm bed base is included in the price. This platform base rests on the frame of the bed and provides support for the mattress.
