Being a platform bed with no footboard, this bed is perfect for a smaller bedroom, or if you wish to create an open aspect, and is suitable for both period properties and more contemporary interiors. The brass has been recently polished but will fade in time giving a rich mellow hue. It is preferable to leave the brass to naturally tarnish rather than artificially lacquering or ageing.
