About the Item
The Cleopatra sofa bed or daybed was designed in the early 50s by Cordemeijer for Auping. The elegant but industrial design is new in the bedrooms at that time. The boat-shaped Black metal frame has slightly slanted, tapered legs and solid teak wooden ornaments on the short sides. The Cleopatra daybed was sold by the Bijenkorf in the those days.
