Nearly two weeks of skilled handcrafting and acres of the finest natural materials make our soft and sumptuous Nº3 bed. Each one is carefully made to order in Wales using the traditional craftsmanship and materials for which we are famous. The foundation of the Nº3 is the box spring, crafted from Grade 1 pine, hourglass springs and curled hair. It holds your weight, allowing the mattress and topper to provide support and comfort. The deep Nº3 mattress is lavishly filled with fine natural materials such as loose tail hair, a hair pad and layers of cotton and wool. This provides support and comfort as well as heat regulation and moisture control. Finally, sink into our HW topper, filled with long, loose, hand-teased horse tail wrapped in soft wool and our trademark trellis ticking. Like all our toppers it is filled to slightly raise your feet, boosting circulation, and with it, quality of sleep. Bed set include Nº3 box spring base, Nº3 mattress and HW topper. Legs, mattress tensions and ticking color to be customized. Alternative fabric choices and upholstery not included. Available upon request.
