About the Item
Harlequin version of our handcrafted night stands or end tables. These are constructed from the finest American black walnut with quarter-sawn English oak. The internal dovetailed traditional drawer carcass in full prime English Oak. The main box is constructed with detailed exposed hand-cut dovetail jointing and contains the one drawer. A light curve chamfer design is cut into and around the legs and follows along the facia.
Designed and handmade by our highly experienced craftspeople in England. Hand finished in durable oils.
This is a contemporary modernist design with Scandinavian influences utilising traditional English furniture craftsmanship and fine timbers.
These can be made to your custom dimensions or bespoke design if required.

We design bold and distinctive pieces of furniture – our main objective is combining the design alongside the natural beauty and properties of the raw materials.
These timbers and materials are very carefully chosen for each specific design - maintaining our focus on the benefits, visual impact and strengths of what we use.
Our regular use of English Quartersawn Oak is one case in point. It has been the beloved timber of fine furniture makers across the world for centuries. It is costly to produce but gives huge benefits and rewards such as its striking medullary rays and superb stability qualities.
By utilising these wonderful and naturally occurring features with our contemporary designs we aim to continue creating some very distinct, tactile and idiosyncratic pieces.
These are all completely handmade, in small numbers, by our skilled craftspeople in England.
