A Louis XV Style Gilt-Bronze Mounted Mahogany Petite Bedside or Occasional Table, Attributed to Henry Dasson.
Of rectangular shape with gilt-bronze borders above a drawer opening to the small side, with shaped cabriole legs united by a galleried undertier.
Two similar tables, each stamped ‘Henry Dasson’ and dated 1879 are reproduced in Paris, La Quintessence du Meuble au XIXth century, Christopher Payne, editions Monelle Hayot, Paris,
2018, page 307.

A fine Louis XVI style gilt bronze mounted mahogany commode, in the manner of Martin Carlin, attributed to Henry Dasson.
The lockplate signed to the reverse 'Duvivier, Paris'.
The design for this elegant commode is taken from the celebrated lacquer model by Martin Carlin delivered in 1785 to Madame Victoire, daughter of Louis XV, for her use in the 'grand cabinet' at the Château de Bellevue and today in the collections of the Louvre (OA 5498).
