Pair of Handcrafted English Oak Night Stands
About the Item
A pair of sleek contemporary hand-crafted English quartersawn Oak night stands or end tables with storage drawer.
Designed with precise minimalism in mind - whilst highlighting the handmade construction details with exposed mitred key dovetail jointing. The strict clean lines are additionally highlighted with the acute chamfer around the front framework. The drawers are constructed with the traditional hand cut dovetail joints.
Each piece is bench-made in England with an emphasis on the natural beauty of the raw material used, the intentional visual impact of the construction details and clear mark of the craftspersons hand.
Custom dimensions are available upon request. Also available in English Ash and American black Walnut - Please enquire for quotations.
Sum Furniture employs traditional artisanal craftsmanship with some modern techniques, our love of modernism and architectural design to create unique, tactile and idiosyncratic work. We produce all our items using the finest timber and materials available and only output small runs, limited editions and one-off pieces.
