Monograph on the work of Andre Lurcat, important French modernist architect, designer, urban planner, and younger brother of the textile artist Jean. Andre Lurcat played a key role in the reconstruction of French cities after WWII, and contributed to the development of modernist landscape design. Portfolio with pictorial cloth and fabric ties, published by Vincent, Freal, et Cie, Paris, undated but circa 1929. 88 collotype plates with a 16 page introduction in French. Includes photographs and plans for residential and commercial buildings, along with interior architectural details, interior design with furnishings, and outdoor landscapes.
