Directed by David Fincher (Se7en, Fight Club) from a screenplay by Eric Roth (Forrest Gump, The Good Shepherd), screen story by Eric Roth and Robin Swicord (Memoirs of a Geisha, Little Women), “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” stars Oscar nominees and winners Brad Pitt, Cate Blanchette, Tilda Swinton, and Julia Ormond. It is a grand tale of a not-so-ordinary man and the people and places he discovers along the way, the loves he finds, the joys of life and the sadness of death, and what lasts beyond time.
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is a film that melds the elements of a great script and special effects into a phenomenal project. Watching the film I was entranced by how the film makers seamlessly applied the cgi with real actors and places. If you loved the film you'll particularly love this beautiful coffee table book. It's packed with beautiful photos, actor and director commentary and a behind the scenes look at the special effects employed in the film. It's a great addition to the library of any fan of modern cinema.
