Maison Vever : Un Héritage Joaillier d’Exception

Maison Vever: A Legacy of Fine Jewelry
Founded over 200 years ago, Maison Vever is a cornerstone of French jewelry history. It all began in Metz, where Pierre-Paul Vever created his first outstanding jewelry pieces. In 1872, his son Ernest Vever relocated the Maison to Paris, settling in the prestigious Rue de la Paix, where it remained for over a century.
In 1881, the business was passed on to Paul and Henri Vever. While Paul managed the firm, Henri, a talented designer, historian, and artist, played a pivotal role in elevating Vever’s reputation. He is notably the author of the essential reference book "La Bijouterie Française au 19e Siècle" (French Jewelry in the 19th Century). Through their expertise, the Vever brothers brought the Maison to new heights of prestige.
This vase, a rare example of Vever’s craftsmanship, embodies the essence of Art Nouveau, blending naturalistic inspiration with exquisite artistry, making it a true collector’s item.
