The face of the stand features stunning Arabic calligraphy. This piece has developed a patina over time, but it could easily be polished to a high shine according to your taste. It is quaint and elegant, all at once. It has drawers that were for receipts from the business and brass detailing with beautiful repousse style influenced designs. There is a key for the drawers. All of the bottles for shoe supplies are original and include tops. The stand is from the late 19th century.
