About the Item

“SUMMER” A cool collection of early 20th Century English bronze letters that spell “SUMMER”. Still in place these letters have their original support screws which have bent over time. The patina across these letters is what makes them so decorative. Size: H 12” x W 11” x D 1” Origin: English Period: 1910 - 1920 Material: Bronze Condition: Completely solid in structure and form, showing natural wear and tear with a deep patina, scratches to a few letters as shown in the pictures provided. The original support screws are still attached with some of them bent. Discolouration is also present due to these items being outside all their lives. These letters are very heavy which is reflected in the shipping costs. It’s exceedingly difficult to photograph all the areas in this piece, therefore we strongly suggest reviewing all the photos provided as part of this advert and propose questions where sections are unclear to avoid disappointment.
