Early 20th Century Gold-Filled Pocket Watch by The T. Eaton Co. Ltd., Canada – 15 Jewels, Fully Working A fine-quality antique open-face pocket watch, c.1910–1930, retailed by The T. Eaton Co. Limited, a prestigious Canadian department store known for commissioning well-made timepieces from major North American manufacturers. This handsome example is set within a beautifully engraved Fortune gold-filled case, featuring detailed foliate and floral motifs in relief. The white enamel dial displays both 12-hour and 24-hour Arabic numerals with blued steel hands and a recessed seconds dial at 6 o’clock. The jewelled lever movement is attractively damascened and signed THE T. EATON CO. LIMITED – 15 JEWELS. The case interior is stamped FORTUNE / GOLD FILLED / 1202760. The watch remains in fully working condition, winding smoothly and keeping time when tested. A well-balanced and attractive piece with decorative and functional appeal. Dimensions: Height: 7.5 cm (including crown) Width: 5.5 cm Depth: 1.5 cm Condition: Good overall condition. Minor surface wear to the case, small marks consistent with use. The dial is clean and legible, and the movement is running.
