Sleek ship model of the famous Schooner Yacht "America", original winner of the America's Cup in 1851. Planked mahogany deck, stitched linen sails, raked masts, full rigging. Hull is copper sheathed below the waterline. Mounted with turned brass pedestals onto a mahogany baseboard.
