Nice boat model of the "Victorine", a famous Hudson River sloop that was built in 1845 in Piermont, New York. The model is finely crafted with a planked deck, tiller, companionway, hatches, etc. Gaff rigged with rigging gear to hoist sails and cargo. Fitted to a pine display case with glass. Weight: 20 lbs.
