Large Antique Victorian Hand Made in England Pond Yacht with Original Oak Stand
About the Item
We are delighted to offer this lovely original Victorian Pond Yacht with period oak Stand ready for rebuilding
A very good looking and well made piece, this has been used as decoration in a hunting room for some time, it is a large period original signature piece and looks expensive and important in any setting
The Stand has been custom made so this piece sits perfectly and is easy to move around, its in oak and has a lovely timber patina
Conditions wise, the yacht itself seems to be in Fine order, the mast again is straight and solid, the mast mount which is the little metal bit at the bottom needs replacing if the owner intends to sail it, the piece is very small and not expensive. The timber has all been cleaned waxed and polished
