Antique Chinese Black-and-White Jade Pebble Snuff Bottle
About the Item
Chinese Black-and-White Jade Pebble Snuff Bottle, nephrite carved in the overall shape of a white peach of longevity with a black bat of happiness resting with wings partially open in relief on the side of the peach, carved in the entirety in a modified peach fruit form with two leafy tendrils all in a mottled white with greenish veins. The large contrasting dark greenish black bat carved in relief, well hollowed, mother of pearl stopper and short organic material spoon.
Excellent condition. 1-3/4 in. high x 1-1/2 in. square (4.5 cm high x 3.5 cm square)
