Art Deco Ashtray Side Table by Charles Hardy

About the Item

Wonderful Art Deco smoking stand made of bakelite veneer and chrome. This great stand was designed by Charles Hardy for Belmet Products Inc, in Brooklyn NY. The patent for this design was awarded to Hardy in 1936. This is as good as it gets. Veneer is in great shape and the chrome has some pitting but does not distract from the look of this amazing stand.
