About the Item
A vintage Italian art glass lighter by Murano, design attributed to Flavio Poli, circa 1950 - 1960. In tones of violet, azure, and hibiscus pink.
I had this piece appraised and authenticated by an expert vintage Italian glass collective: they deemed it to be Murano / Seguso Vetri d'Arte; the only other possibility is Archimede Seguso. So, Murano, 1950's (maybe 60's but most likely 50's), possibly SVdA, design by Flavio Poli.
The lighter is not in working condition and will need to be taken to someone who deals with vintage lighters (I know of several in Southern California alone, if you’d like advice, and can help find wherever you might reside).
