Dunhill Swiss-Made Gold-Plated “Bark” Finish Lighter, c.1965
A fine vintage Dunhill lighter, Swiss-made, dating to around 1965. Of rectangular form, the case is gold-plated and finished in the distinctive textured “bark” pattern associated with mid-century Dunhill design. Fitted with a side-mounted ribbed ignition roller and hinged cover, the base is stamped Dunhill – Swiss Made with fuel control markings.
Dimensions: 2.2cm wide x 1.2cm deep x 6.4cm high.
Condition: Good vintage condition, showing light wear to the plating from age and handling. Mechanism unserviced and offered without fuel.
A classic example of Dunhill’s mid-century craftsmanship, sought after by collectors of fine vintage lighters.
